How we score- 01
A strong room for recreational players in licensed regions: heavy traffic, a free Smart HUD, no third-party trackers and rakeback that reviewers say favours casual play. Low-stakes rake is reported above average, EV Cashout takes 1 percent and Spin & Gold keeps a 7 percent fee.
Best for Recreational players in licensed regions who like fast cash gamesPrice Free to join; deposit required for real-money playTested Jun 10, 2026 - 02
PokerStars still has the widest game list of any room we looked at, from Hold'em and Omaha to Razz, Badugi and mixed games, plus free tables for beginners. The US move to FanDuel limits real-money play to three states and cost players a separate login. Best poker menu, narrower reach, and rakeback that needs checking.
Best for Players who want many poker formats and a large tournament schedulePrice Free to join; deposit required for real-money playTested May 26, 2026 - 03
Yes, you can win a real WSOP gold bracelet online in the US, and that is the reason to play. The site calls itself the only US room that offers them, with a 100% bonus up to $1,000 and Caesars Rewards behind it. For daily cash games it is a solid but dated client, with strict geolocation and only four states. Poker carries real financial risk.
Best for US tournament players chasing WSOP bracelets and ringsPrice Free to join; deposit required for real-money playTested Sep 22, 2026 - 04
partypoker is the better home for casual players who dislike being hunted by software, because it bans most HUDs and solvers while the client runs and hides opponents' aliases in hand histories. It loses on traffic: reviewers put it far behind GGPoker, so limits above NL100 can go quiet. Take the $600 match if you like the rules, not for the field size.
Best for Casual and mid-stakes players who want a restricted-tools roomPrice Free to join; deposit required for real-money playTested Mar 17, 2026 - 05
Global Poker is the practical answer if you live where regulated online poker does not exist and you want a cash-game or tournament seat. It is also a smaller room than any real-money site: Hold'em and Omaha only, thin fields, no loyalty scheme, and a 50 SC redemption floor with bank-transfer payouts. Fine as a hobby; do not mistake it for a way to earn.
Best for Poker players in states with no legal real-money online pokerPrice Free to play; optional Gold Coin packagesTested Apr 6, 2026
