Our verdict
7.6/10Payouts are as quick as the reputation says: one to four hours for e-wallets in the sources we read. The 10 Days of Free Spins offer has no wagering on winnings. But the casino is secondary to the sportsbook, the lobby is plain, and the regulatory record needs reading before you deposit.
Best for: Existing bet365 sports bettors who want quick e-wallet payouts

The reputation says bet365 pays fast. The numbers we could find mostly agree: e-wallet withdrawals reported at one to four hours, and a median of about three to four hours in two independent logs. That is quick, though not instant, and it comes with a catch on the rest of the site: the casino is the smaller half of a bookmaker, and it behaves like one.
We did not make a deposit and withdrawal of our own for this review. The payout figures below come from the terms and from other testers, and we label each one. The pictures are from bet365's casino lobby, its features page and two outside write-ups.
One caveat on the featured picture: the lobby our tool reached (casino.bet365.com) showed a dollar jackpot of $646,936.49, so it is the US-facing site. UK terms in this review come from UK sources, and you should confirm them on the site you are licensed to use.
A casino that sits inside a bookmaker
bet365 was founded in 2000 in Stoke-on-Trent by Denise Coates, went online in March 2001, and remains family-owned, with Coates holding 50.1 percent, according to Wikipedia. It also sells sports betting, poker and bingo, and the brand's centre of gravity is still the sportsbook.

You feel that when you open the casino. The lobby is tidy and quick, with a Games of the Month strip and an "Only at bet365" section for exclusives, but you will not find the sprawling filters or loyalty ladder of a casino-first operator. If you want 3,000 slots, look elsewhere. If you want a reliable table or two and a login you already have, the sportsbook account does the job.
What the payout claim holds up to
Gambling.com's UK review lists bet365 Casino as licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under licence 55149. On withdrawals, the picture is:
Racing Post and City AM put payouts at 1 to 4 hours for e-wallets.
Two affiliate logs give medians of 3 hours 16 minutes and 3 hours 58 minutes.
Bank and card payouts add the bank's own days on top.
One sponsored page reports a 1 percent fee up to 3 pounds per request and limits of 5 to 3,000 pounds. We could not confirm that on bet365's own terms, so check the cashier before you rely on it.
Upload photo ID right after registering. Squawka's advice, and ours, is that the first cash-out is the slow one, and verification is the cause.

The offer, in plain numbers
The UK welcome offer is "10 Days of Free Spins", up to 500 spins. Gambling.com and Racing Post both describe the winnings as having no wagering requirement. City AM adds that you need 10 pounds of lifetime deposits and must claim within 30 days of registering. One outlet quotes up to 200 spins, so the amount has changed or varies by route.
No-wagering spins are the best form of free-spin offer, because what you win is yours. They are still small. At a typical 10p spin and a 96 percent return, 500 spins average an expected loss of about 2 pounds, not a gain.
The record you should know about

A fast payout record on average does not mean no disputes. The same Wikipedia entry lists an AUSTRAC anti-money-laundering investigation that began in March 2024, with bet365 agreeing in July 2026 to improve its controls. In August 2024, New Jersey regulators ordered it to pay more than $519,000 to customers it had underpaid. Older cases include refused payouts of £54,000 in England and about A$200,000 in Australia.
These are allegations and rulings reported by a public encyclopaedia, and most players will never meet one. They are reasons to keep screenshots of your balance and bet history.
Who it suits, and who it does not
Pick bet365 if you already hold a sportsbook balance there and want to move between a football accumulator and a few hands of blackjack without a second login. The shared wallet is the real convenience, and the fast e-wallet route means winnings do not sit for days.
Pass if you are chasing the biggest bonus, a tiered loyalty scheme or a lobby you can browse for an hour. Also pass if you are tempted to deposit on the strength of a cash-out record alone: speed tells you how quickly money leaves, and says nothing about how often you win.
Verdict
bet365 is a competent, fast-paying casino for someone already betting on sport there. It is not the most exciting lobby, and the fees and limits reported by affiliates deserve checking. We rate it a solid 7.6.
Play for entertainment with money you can afford to lose. A casino game is not a way to earn, and the house edge applies to every spin. Use deposit limits, which UK sites must offer.
