Our verdict
6.9/10Fanatics Casino is a competent, app-first casino with 1,000+ games and a spin-based welcome offer, but FanCash is the weak link. On slots you earn 0.25% of each wager, and casino credit pays back half of that, so $1,000 of play returns $1.25. Casino-earned FanCash cannot buy merchandise under the terms we read. Pick it for the app, not the rewards.
Best for: Fans in four states who want a slick casino app

The question behind this review is whether FanCash, Fanatics' loyalty currency, makes its casino a better deal than DraftKings or BetMGM. We read the official FanCash terms and compared them with what review sites say. The answer is no, and the gap between the pitch and the paperwork is the story. Several reviews suggest FanCash buys merchandise. The terms say FanCash earned by betting on the Fanatics sportsbook and casino can only be redeemed for Bonus Bets, Casino Credit or Profit Boost Tokens. Gambling is entertainment with a built-in house edge, and a rewards scheme does not shift it.
Doing the FanCash sums
Fanatics' own terms give the casino earn rates as a share of the amount wagered: 0.25% on all slots, 0.20% on table games unless noted, and 0.05% on blackjack, craps, baccarat, video poker and Stock Market Live. Other sources quote slightly different figures (The Lines says 0.2% on slots and up to 0.05% on tables), so check the rate in the app on the day.
Then comes the exchange rate. Per the terms, casino credit pays "half (50%) of the FanCash value": $1 of FanCash becomes $0.50 of credit. The credit cannot be withdrawn as cash at any time, and must be used within seven days of being added.
Put numbers on it. Wager $1,000 on slots and you earn $2.50 of FanCash, worth $1.25 of casino credit. Wager the same on blackjack and you earn $0.50, worth $0.25. That is a rounding error against the house edge on either game. FanCash earned from bets expires 365 days after your last earning activity, and new casino accounts opened from June 17, 2026 are automatically enrolled in FanCash Jackpots, which sends casino FanCash into a pool and does not credit your balance until you opt out.

So FanCash is not a reason to choose Fanatics. Its sports-merchandise discounts exist, and the terms do say you may be able to redeem FanCash for discounts at Fanatics.com. But that line is about FanCash from other sources. Our reading is that casino play does not earn the shopping route.

The casino itself
Fanatics runs a casino product through its mobile app, live in Michigan, New Jersey, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, per The Lines. The same source counts over 1,000 games, mostly slots, with table and live dealer titles from providers such as Evolution. Casino.org's reviewer calls the app fast and intuitive, and that matches what a product built mobile-first should offer.

Our scepticism is about everything behind the app. Four states is a narrow footprint next to the big rivals. Reviews note a payout time of about one to three business days (The Lines says "a couple of business days"), with PayPal and Venmo quickest and checks slowest. The e-wallet minimum is $5. We did not measure these ourselves, so treat them as reported figures.
The welcome offer
The main offer is 100 bonus spins a day for 10 days on 7's Fire Blitz Hotstepper 2, which adds up to the headline 1,000 spins. According to The Lines, you wager $5 in Michigan or New Jersey, or $10 in Pennsylvania or West Virginia, within 30 days, and each day's spins expire at 11:59 p.m. ET. Casino.org's headline uses a $10 wager. State differences matter, so confirm yours in the app.
Casino.org's headline also lists a second route, "up to $1,000 24-hr insurance". Insurance of that kind is credit against early losses, and Fanatics' terms say casino credit is short-lived and non-withdrawable, so it softens a bad first session and is not a bonus. Spins are tied to one slot, and a single slot's volatility decides whether ten days of spins pay anything.

Fanatics against the older names
Older rivals such as DraftKings Casino run tiered loyalty ladders, so compare the return per $1,000 wagered before you pick one. We have only the Fanatics number: $1.25 of credit on slots. Where Fanatics may still win is for people who already earn FanCash on its sportsbook, since one balance serves both products.
Who should play
Play if you live in one of the four states, want a clean app and a spin offer, and treat any FanCash as a few cents of bonus. Skip it if you are drawn by merchandise, since the casino route does not seem to deliver it, or if you want deep table-game range and a big loyalty return. A 6.9 from us: a decent casino wrapped in a rewards story that does not hold up.
